This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication to treat chronic hepatitis C genotype 1 infection. The research site is in Los Angeles, Calif.

----- Osteoarthritis of the Hip or Knee
This study will evaluate a medication designed to ease osteoarthritis pain in the hip or knee. You must be aged 18 to 78 to qualify. The research site is in Atlanta, Ga.

----- Ankle Sprain
If you have hurt your ankle within the past 48 hours, you may qualify for this study of an investigational pain patch. Participants will have a 50/50 chance of receiving the actual patch or a placebo patch. The research site is in Dallas, Texas.
