- Skin patches
- Dry or red
- Usually covered with silvery scales
- Raised patches of skin
- Accompanied by red borders
- May crack and become painful
- Usually discrete, demarcated patches
- Usually located on the elbows, knees, trunk, scalp, hands or nails
